Im Aga, an integrative counsellor, and I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about whats happening in your life. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and move towards the changes that matter to you.
Sessions are available online or by telephone, as well as walk-and-talk therapy.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can discuss the best way to support you.
About me and my practice
Have you reached a point where something doesnt feel quite right anymore?
Perhaps youre struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family issues, or feelings that have become difficult to manage on your own. Maybe you feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhelpful patterns, finding relationships difficult, questioning who you are, or simply not feeling like yourself anymore.
Most people come to counselling because something is hurting, feeling difficult, or no longer making sense. Sometimes the reason is clear. Sometimes theres no single explanation just a sense that things cant carry on as they are.
For some people, these feelings are connected to recent challenges. For others, they may be linked to experiences earlier in life, including trauma, loss, difficult relationships, or messages theyve carried about themselves for many years.
Whatever has brought you here, you are welcome.

Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and move towards the changes that matter to you.
Sessions are available online or by telephone, as well as walk-and-talk therapy for those who find movement and nature supportive.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can consider together whether my way of working feels like the right fit. Choosing a therapist is an important and personal decision, and it works best when there is a sense of comfort and trust on both sides.
If youre looking for a supportive space to talk and begin making sense of what youre going through, youre very welcome to get in touch.
Experience
I have a Masters degree in Theology with Psychology, which has given me a deep understanding of identity, values, and the human experience.
I completed my Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling at Banbury Counselling Academy, where I trained in integrative approaches including Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt Therapy.
Alongside private practice, Ive worked in community settings supporting people through a wide range of challenges. At CWW Mind, I provide trauma-informed counselling for individuals affected by domestic abuse, helping clients process difficult experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
I also work with LGBTQ+ clients at Leicestershire LGBTQ+ Centre, where I offer an affirming space for people to explore identity, relationships, and wellbeing.
Across my work, I draw on an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. My aim is to offer a grounded, reflective space where you feel understood and supported in making meaningful change.
